Original oil painting beachscape as part of my 'Light' series that shows the changing Irish light and how it effects our state of being.
This is a landscape that I return to paint frequently - Streedagh Beach in Co. Sligo. It is where I first lived when I moved to Ireland in my early 20s and instantly fell in love with this country.
